What is Life Coaching?
Coaching is an client centered interactive, future- focused, non directive process where the coach guides and facilitates your progress towards defined goals.
A coach helps their client to identify what they want
to achieve.
Once identified, the coach supports their client throughout their quest to achieve their goals, helping to keep the client focused and on track and to overcome any challenges and obstacles on the way to their goal.

Promise what I can't deliver
Give you all the answers - I will, however, help you decide what you want for yourself
