For coaching to be successful, it relies on you being willing to take action to move you closer towards your goals.

Are you willing to take responsibility to achieve what you want?

Once you accept responsibility for your own achievement and stop blaming others or situations, you will rapidly move towards your chosen outcomes.

Are you willing to be open and honest about what you want and how you feel?

Whereas coaching is not therapy, it does require you to be open and honest with yourself and your coach

Are you willing to commit the time and money?

Achieving your goals may take a little while and may involve you spending some money with your coach and in other areas - are you willing to see this as an investment in achieving what you want?

Do you think it would be beneficial to have a confidential sounding board who supports you in everything you do?

This is one of the greatest benefits from working with a coach. Your coach is totally supportive of you achieving of your goals - friends and loved ones often have their own agendas that, despite their love for you, may affect them helping you to achieve your goals.

Are you willing to be held accountable for your own actions/inactions?

Your coach will expect you to take regular action and report on your progress.

Are you ready to move and think out of your comfort zone?

The truth is, what you need to do can be very simple but you may have some limiting beliefs stopping you from taking action - your coach will help you identify and eliminate these.
